CURE Joins The Fight Against COVID-19
Since 1997, the CURE Foundation has been there for breast cancer patients and their families. We have raised funds to invest in research, support community programs, and to purchase medical equipment.
Now, with the COVID-19 pandemic impacting every part of our health care system, including its ability to provide the best possible breast cancer care, we continue to be there.
We are proud to announce that we are donating 10,000 pieces of personal protecting equipment (PPE) to healthcare professionals working at the frontline of the COVID-19 crisis.
We do this in recognition that COVID-19 impacts all of us but is especially difficult for those with compromised immune systems, including breast cancer patients and survivors.
We do this to lend our support to the healthcare professionals risking their lives at the frontline of this crisis every day.
We do this in honour of our community of National Denim Day supporters, who, every year on the Tuesday after Mother’s Day, put on their jeans and donate to CURE.
