This Yoga for Breast Cancer Recovery series was created to gently support healing after treatment — helping ease stress, reduce physical discomfort, restore mobility, and reconnect mind and body through compassionate, accessible movement.
Through programs like this, CURE works to ensure no one faces cancer recovery alone.
Led by Jodie Duplisea, the series was made possible by CURE Foundation and filmed to ensure cancer patients across Canada can access supportive yoga practices wherever they are in their recovery journey.
